A key component of resilience planning is the creation and maintenance of detailed planning and the provision of adequate training to guide those tasked with responding to events that threaten to and sometimes disrupt the key activities that are essential to the operation of any organisation.

This short presentation will look at this component from a water industry perspective but many of the topics explored have application across most if not all organisations, especially as the challenges of the current climate emergency deepen.
